Kristin Cavanagh

Kristin Cavanagh has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various industries. Kristin is currently the Director, HR Business Partner for R&D and Corporate Functions at Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this, they worked at Stryker as a Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner for Robotic Sales & Service and R&D - Digital & Enabling Tech Functions, and as a Manager, HR Business Partner for Marketing/Commercial and HEOR & Digital Functions. Before joining Stryker, they held positions at AvePoint, Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment, New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, and Mercedes-Benz USA. Kristin'sroles included Vice President, Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at AvePoint, as well as various HR roles such as Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Intern at the other companies. Throughout their career, Kristin has been involved in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR initiatives.

Kristin Cavanagh, PHR, has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University with a double major in Labor Studies and Employment Relations, as well as Communication. Kristin also holds a Master of Arts degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University. Kristin has obtained several additional certifications, including Gallup Strengths Coach, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and Gallup Talent Feedback Report Coach.
