Ruth Ward

Ruth Ward is an accomplished professional in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as Head of Performance and Analytics, Supply Network Operations at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ruth held various senior positions at Merck, including Director Network Planning and Distribution and Supply Chain Director, where management of complex supply chains and digitalization of planning processes were key responsibilities. Ruth's expertise also extends to key roles in vendor inventory management at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and demand and supply processes at Mondelēz International and Cadbury Europe SA. Additionally, Ruth has an extensive background at Procter & Gamble, holding multiple managerial positions, including Product Delivery Leader and Production Manager. Ruth holds a BEng in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from Loughborough University and is a certified Supply Chain Professional from ASCM (APICS).
