Sonia Johnston MSc, F.C.I.P.D. is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global HR leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President HR at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since May 2015, Sonia leads HR initiatives for the combined R&D, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Quality functions, successfully driving workforce planning and organizational design. Prior to this role, Sonia held senior HR positions at Stryker, Odyssey Financial Technologies, Armstrong World Industries, and Safeway, showcasing expertise in strategic HR leadership, organizational transformation, and project management.
