Yu Lei

Yu Lei is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance, Associate General Counsel for Greater China and JAK at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since February 2021, Yu Lei also holds the role of Interim Head of Legal & Compliance for the Middle East, Africa & Turkey. Previous positions include Vice President and Head of Legal and Compliance at MSD in China, General Counsel for Greater China at Covidien, and Senior Legal Counsel at AstraZeneca. Yu Lei's career began at Caterpillar Inc. as an Attorney, followed by a role as International Associate in the Legal Department at United Technologies. Yu Lei holds legal education credentials from Duke University School of Law and China University of Political Science and Law.
