María González Guío

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance assistance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the Propietario at AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic body care products and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the role of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a Nutrióloga in a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019, and taught as a Catedrático universitario at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, covering subjects related to nutrition and food history. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
