Mateo has held positions such as Sales Director, Plant General Manager, and Head of Corporate Development and M&A in companies like Ferroglobe PLC, Duferco, and Thyssenkrupp Stahl AG. Mateo also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from MIT Sloan School of Management and additional qualifications from London Business School and Esade Business & Law School.
