Tathiana Kobayashi

Tathiana Kobayashi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Tathiana most recently served as the Global Head of Learning and Development at Ferroglobe PLC starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional People Director for South East Europe at Glovo from August 2022 to December 2022. Tathiana also had a long tenure at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where they held various positions including Global Head of Talent and Development Partnering, Head of Talent and Development for Europe, Head of Human Resources for Latin America at Maersk Line, HR General Manager for the East Coast of South America, and Brasil HR Manager. Their career began at P&O Nedlloyd as a Brasil HR Coordinator.
