Carsten Bosselmann

Carsten Bosselmann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in port operations, logistics, and engineering. Currently serving as CEO and COO at Ferroport since August 2013, Carsten oversees the planning, commissioning, and operational start-up of an iron ore port, managing substantial annual handling capacities and ensuring all necessary licenses are achieved. Prior roles include General Manager for Port JV Relationship at Anglo American and Director for Port and Logistics at ThyssenKrupp CSA, where responsibilities encompassed operational management, logistics strategy, and customer relations. Carsten's career began at ThyssenKrupp Steel, progressing from Production Manager to project manager roles, with a strong focus on productivity and cost efficiency. Carsten holds a Dipl.-Ing. (Master) in Metallurgical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
