Ayaz Anwar

Ayaz Anwar, FCCA, CISA has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Technology Audit Lead for the North American Region at Ferrovial. Prior to this, they founded the Khurshid Anwar Foundation in 2021. From 2019 to 2022, Ayaz worked at PwC as a Senior Consultant in Digital Assurance & Transparency and as a Senior Associate in Risk Assurance. Before that, they served as an IT Internal Auditor at Adient from 2016 to 2019. Ayaz gained valuable experience as an IT Advisory & Attestation Intern at KPMG US in 2015. Ayaz also worked as an Experienced Associate at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC from 2013 to 2014, and as a Senior Associate in Assurance at Nexia International from 2008 to 2012.

Ayaz Anwar, FCCA, CISA, holds a Masters of Science in Information System (MSIS) with a SAP Concentration from Central Michigan University, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Ayaz also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, completing it from 2009 to 2013. Ayaz has obtained various certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA in 2017, and FCCA from ACCA in 2012. Ayaz has also pursued additional certifications in areas such as Securing Software as a Service and Learning Power BI Desktop from LinkedIn, with completion dates in 2023. Ayaz also obtained a certification in Soft Skills for Sales Professionals from LinkedIn in 2022.
