Beatriz Pérez

Beatriz Pérez has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities in the field of human resources. Beatriz began their career at Accenture in 2003, where they worked as a Talent Development & Change Management Manager. During their time at Accenture, Beatriz managed various projects for leading national and international companies, focusing on areas such as organizational design, change management, training and development, and customer segmentation.

In 2012, Beatriz moved on to Cintra, where they served as the HR Development & Talent Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing development, evaluation, organization, and compensation projects across multiple locations, including the United States, Canada, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Australia, and Colombia.
