Chris Lippincott

Chris Lippincott serves as the Media Manager at Ferrovial since September 2020 and is the Founder of Hound's Creek Consulting, LLC, providing media relations and crisis communication advice since 2002. Previously, Chris held multiple leadership roles including Executive Director for Texas Rail Advocates, Vice President at Weber Shandwick, and Director of Media Relations at the Texas Department of Transportation. Throughout a diverse career, Chris has developed strategic communications initiatives, managed crisis responses, and enhanced public awareness on critical issues, with experience in both nonprofit and governmental sectors. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
