Florencia Erdozain

Florencia Erdozain is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Legal for Mergers and Acquisitions at Ferrovial Energy, Florencia oversees various aspects of renewable energy generation projects, including solar and wind farms, and is a direct report to the Committee. Previous roles within Ferrovial include Head of Corporate Legal and Regional Head of Legal for Ferrovial Services International. Prior to joining Ferrovial, Florencia was a Legal Counsel at Howard Kennedy Solicitors, specializing in Project and Trade Finance in the oil and gas industry, and served as an Associate at Perez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martinez de Hoz, focusing on M&A, banking, and finance. Florencia holds a Master in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Global Executive Programme from The University of Texas at Austin, and is pursuing a Master's in Energy Law.
