With previous experience as the Head of Organizational Development at Autostrade per l'Italia and as an HR Manager, Marialuisa is skilled in various aspects of organizational management and HR policies. Marialuisa also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, focusing on Business Process Reengineering, Project Management, and Change Management.
