Phil Taylor

Phil Taylor has over five years of work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Director of Manufacturing Services at ALLOY BELLOWS & PRECISION WELDING INC, where they focused on improving operational efficiency through Lean tools and problem-solving techniques. In 2014, they joined Moog Flo-Tork as the Operations Manager of the Naval Systems Business Unit, where they oversaw daily operations and implemented departmental goals. Currently, since 2017, Taylor is the Vice President of Operations at Ferry Industries, Inc., a market-leading manufacturer of rotational molding machines and other equipment.

Phil Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron in 1987. Phil then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cleveland State University, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, which they completed in 1999.
