Ihab Ahmed

Ihab Ahmed is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Currently serving as the Finance Transformation Lead at Fertiglobe since July 2022, Ihab focuses on planning and reporting for Sorfert Algeria while partnering with local finance management to enhance processes and train future resources. Previously, Ihab held roles at GE as Lead Financial Planning Analyst and Lead Financial Reporting Accountant, where responsibilities included standard cost planning and oversight of Nigerian financials. Additional experience includes positions at Danone as a Business Planner and Accountant, overseeing cost center planning and financial operations, as well as roles at Eli Lilly and Company and Colgate Palmolive focused on accounting operations and financial analysis. Ihab holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from The American University in Cairo.
