Hanna McLennan

Head of Adelaide Science Team at Fertilis

Hanna McLennan has a diverse work experience in the field of research and academia. Hanna is currently the Head of the Adelaide Science Team at Fertilis since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Academic at the University of Adelaide from May 2020 to December 2020. Hanna also worked as a Researcher PhD Student at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Nanoscale BioPhotonics from August 2015 to May 2020. Additionally, they served as a Research Assistant at the University of Adelaide in November 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Practical Demonstrator at the University of Adelaide from February 2014 to June 2017, where they supervised and assisted students with research projects in the field of Comparative Reproductive Biology of Mammals. Overall, Hanna McLennan has gained extensive experience in research and academia through their various roles.

Hanna McLennan has a strong educational background with a focus on reproductive biology. Hanna completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at the University of Adelaide from 2015 to 2020. Prior to their PhD, they obtained an Honours Degree of Bachelor of Health Sciences with First Class Honours in 2014, also from the University of Adelaide, specializing in anatomical sciences. Hanna'sundergraduate studies at the same institution, from 2011 to 2013, resulted in a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree, with majors in anatomical sciences, physiology, and neuroscience. Hanna completed their high school education at Henley High School in Adelaide, SA, AUS, from 2006 to 2010, achieving SACE Stage 2.
