Gerame (Jeremy) Galban

Gerame (Jeremy) Galban has a strong background in reservoir engineering, with experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they are working as a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Fervo Energy since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at GeoX Energy as a Senior Reservoir Engineer from May 2022 to May 2023.

Before their roles in the energy sector, Galban gained extensive experience at Computer Modelling Group Ltd. as a Senior Reservoir Simulation Engineer from October 2014 to October 2021.

Earlier in their career, Galban worked at Halliburton as a Technical Professional (Production Enhancement) from January 2012 to October 2014. Here, they served as an engineer and client liaison during hydraulic fracturing operations, handling responsibilities such as proposals/fluid designs, on-site monitoring, chemical/proppant tracking, and training new engineers.

Galban started their career as a Petroleum Engineer at Peterson Energy Management, Inc. from June 2010 to February 2012. Additionally, they worked at the Colorado School of Mines, serving as a Petroleum Engineering SUMMET Instructor from June 2010 to July 2011, and as an Exam Simulation Program Coordinator for Physics 1 from January 2010 to May 2010. In these roles, their responsibilities included instructing short-courses, advising team projects, assisting students with understanding physics concepts, and designing mock exams for test preparation.

From 2005 to 2010, Gerame (Jeremy) Galban attended the Colorado School of Mines. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Petroleum Engineering.
