Cibele Castro is a seasoned professional in corporate governance and people management, currently serving as a Corporate Governance Business Advisor and Vice President & Partner at FESA Group since August 2022. Cibele holds various board positions, including Independent Board Member and External Committee Member roles at IRB Brasil RE, Grupo Dislub Equador, Wiz Soluções, and Embraer. Cibele is also the Owner of Gestão c3, focusing on organizational transformation across different industries. Cibele’s educational background includes a Post Graduation in Neuroscience & Behaviour from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, an MBA from BSP - Business School São Paulo, and further training in coaching and neuroleadership.
