Guilherme Bittar

Guilherme Bittar has extensive experience in strategic recruitment and selection processes within the Consumer Goods, Retail, and Life Sciences sectors, holding various leadership roles at FESA Group since September 2016, including Director & Partner and Associate Director & Partner. Responsibilities have included aligning client needs, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and providing market intelligence to clients. Prior to this, Guilherme served as a Human Resources Trainee at ESPM Social, where recruitment and training initiatives were managed for new NGO members. Guilherme holds a Bachelor Degree in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM and an extension in Employer Branding/Candidate Experience from Ibmec.
