Anisha Trappier

Anisha Trappier is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as a Payroll & Human Resources Specialist at The Fessenden School since January 2025. Previously, Anisha held roles as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at NextPhase Medical Devices, managing various HR functions for the EMD division, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Advanced Dental Brands, where responsibilities included maintaining HRIS data integrity and facilitating new hire training. Early career experience includes a position as a Home Base Specialist at The Dimock Center, where Anisha focused on family education and support, as well as roles in human resources at UPS and teaching positions at Bright Horizons. Anisha holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from UMass Boston.
