Lucinda Metsch

Lucinda Metsch has been a member of the Fessenden faculty since 1990, with the exception of a brief retirement in 2018. In 2019, Lucinda returned to Fessenden to assume the role of Assistant Head of School. During her years at the school, she has served in a number of leadership capacities and as an English teacher. From 2014 - 2018 she served as Director of Curriculum and Learning, and prior to that, she worked eight years as Head of Upper School and 12 as Chair of the English department. Lucinda was also a respected member of the residential faculty throughout her years there. There are few Fessy faculty, current or past, who have given as much to the School as has Lucinda, and who garner such universal respect from the community. They are fortunate to have Lucinda as their Assistant Head.
