Sylvie Tossah

Sylvie Tossah is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in cultural management and diplomatic missions. Since October 2008, Sylvie has held the position of Responsable communication at the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence. Prior roles include Chargée de mission culturelle at the Consulat général de France à Québec from August 2006 to August 2008, and Coordinatrice de l'action culturelle at the Association des villes et régions de la grande Europe from February 2004 to August 2006. Sylvie's earlier experience includes positions within the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in New York and the Consulat de France à Boston. Academically, Sylvie holds a DEA in contemporary history and international relations from Université Panthéon Sorbonne, a DU in modern standard Arabic from Université Paris Sorbonne, and a DESS in public management in cultural professions from Université Paul Cézanne.
