Kelly Dillard

Kelly Dillard has over two decades of work experience in various roles related to human resources, talent acquisition, program management, and customer service. Their most recent role was as the HR Director of Talent and Engagement at Palace Entertainment, where they are currently employed. Prior to this, they worked at Allegheny County Department of Human Services as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruitment Specialist. Kelly has also held positions at Familylinks, Inc., The Youth Project Inc., Estee Lauder Cosmetics, The Consortium for Public Education, and The YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh, showcasing their diverse background in different industries and organizations.

Kelly Dillard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1993. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Management in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Carnegie Mellon University from 2000 to 2002. In 2008-2009, they also received a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Carnegie Mellon University.
