Jessica Balis has over 25 years of experience, starting in 1993 as a Management Associate at First Chicago NBD. Jessica later became a Web Site Project Manager at First Chicago NBD before moving on to Bank One as a Web Site Project Manager. In 1999, Jessica joined OurHouse.com as a Site Production Manager and then went on to work as an Online Marketing Manager at Direct Marketing Services, Inc. From 2005 to 2007, they held two roles at Orbitz Worldwide: Manager, Email Planning and Manager, Email Operations. Jessica then became an Email Marketing Manager at shopbop.com, where they led email marketing and customer retention initiatives. Jessica later worked as an Email Marketing Consultant at Schwans Home Services, where they automated email performance reporting and managed an email repermission program. From 2014 to 2017, Jessica worked at Capella University as an Email Marketing Consultant, where they built and launched complex automated email marketing programs and created a system-wide reporting structure. Currently, they are the Marketing Director at Fetch, where they oversee marketing strategies and initiatives.

Jessica Balis received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Duke University between 1989 and 1993.
