Industrial Designer - Senior Manager at Fetch Robotics

David Dymesich has worked in the design industry since 2004. David began their career as a Designer/Drafter at Spectrum General Contractors, followed by a Junior Designer role at Hannum Associates. In 2006, they became a Project Manager/Model Maker at Gemmiti Model Art, then an Internship at West Office Exhibition Design in 2008. In 2009, they were a Technology Manager at CCA Graduate Design Department, followed by a Facilities Manager role at Gray Area Foundation for the Arts in 2010. In 2011, they were an Instructor at TechShop, Inc. and an Industrial Designer at Willow Garage. In 2013, they became an Industrial Designer at Suitable Technologies, followed by a Senior Manager, Creative/Design Director, and Design Lead role at Fetch Robotics from 2014 onwards. During their time at Fetch Robotics, they were responsible for industrial design of robots, assisting mechanical engineers in designing attachments, and conducting design research and prototype testing at customer sites.

David Dymesich received their MFA in Design from the California College of the Arts in 2010, with a focus in Industrial Design. In 2009, they attended the University of Gothenburg for a Social Practice/Art program. Prior to that, they obtained a BA from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2002, studying Industrial Design with a minor in Civil Engineering.
