Kale Erickson has worked in the software and robotics industry for over 20 years. Kale began their career in 1997 as a Software Sales Manager, Major Accounts Manager, and Software Sales Executive at TriMin Systems. In 2000, they moved to Delano Technology as a Major Accounts Manager and Software Sales Executive. In 2001, they joined Crystal Decisions as a Software Sales Executive. In 2002, they joined Traq / Tangoe as a National Software Sales Executive. Most recently, they have been working at Fetch Robotics since 2021 as a Global OEM Sales for Robotics and Strategic Account Manager. In this role, they are responsible for pre/post sale, managing sales and customer service teams, pricing strategy, on-boarding, technology, client satisfaction, and operations. Kale has also strategized with clients on demand management, supply chain management, ERP II, and eCommerce. Kale has sold EDI integrations, SPS, Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento integrations, NetSuite Integrations, Quick books Integrations, and eCommerce Integrations.
Kale Erickson attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1990 to 1994, studying Business Administration and Marketing.
