Kimberley (Thomas) Carey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Manager at GroupM, where they handled planning and buying for clients such as Kimberly-Clark, HSBC, and Twinings of London. Kimberley then joined G.H. Bass & Co. as a Part-Time Freelancer, managing and monitoring the company's social media platforms. In 2014, they became the Manager of Strategy at Mindshare, where they managed digital media and strategy for HSBC.

Moving on, Kimberley worked as the Associate Director of Branding and Media at BASIS.ed in 2016, where they developed marketing initiatives and assisted in developing brand-specific copy. Kimberley then joined Carat USA in 2017 as an Associate Director of Planning, responsible for media planning and campaign development.
