Maxwell Bloch

Maxwell Bloch has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Maxwell began their career as an Excursion Leader at Saint Mary's College Of Maryland in 2008. Maxwell then transitioned to an internship at ManTech, where they worked as a Software - Intern Senior Technical from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, Maxwell joined Pearson Online & Blended Learning (formerly known as Connections Education and Connections Academy) as a Software Architect/Engineer. During their time there, they were involved in various tasks and had insight into the software development department's introduction to and adoption of agile practices. Maxwell remained with Pearson until 2017.

In 2017, Maxwell joined AIS (Applied Information Sciences) as a Consultant/Senior Software Engineer, where they worked until 2021. Maxwell then moved on to LeanToo Consulting, LLC, where they held the roles of Chief of Dad Operations and Client Support, Solution Architect, and Owner starting from 2015. Currently, Maxwell is working at FEV Tutor as a Principal Software Architect, a position they have held since April 2023.

Maxwell Bloch obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from St. Mary's College of Maryland between 2006 and 2010. In 2014, they pursued further education at Scrum Alliance and achieved certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® and a Certified ScrumMaster®.
