Paul Miller

Paul D. Miller, Ed.D. serves as the Director of Professional Development at Montgomery College since November 2020 and also holds the position of Adjunct Faculty Member at The Johns Hopkins University since August 2017. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Operations/Section Chief at the Maryland State Department of Education, and Director of Credentialing and Training Programs at the Association of Climate Change Officers. Dr. Miller has extensive experience in education, having worked as the National Outreach and Project Evaluation Manager and Director of Personalized Learning at Johns Hopkins University School of Education, as well as various leadership roles at Success For All Foundation. With a solid background in curriculum development and professional learning resources, Dr. Miller holds a Doctor of Education degree in Instructional Design for Online Teaching and Learning, along with advanced degrees in related fields.
