Joel Jean-Philyppe, CEP, is a highly experienced professional in mechanical engineering with significant involvement in various projects and organizations. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Product Integration Lead at FeX Energy and a Fellow at Black Wealth Club, Joel also conducts research as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Alternative Fuels Laboratory and holds volunteer roles with Launch Canada. As a key member of the McGill Rocket Team, Joel has held multiple leadership positions, including Team Captain and Propulsion Advisor, overseeing the design and testing of rockets. Previous experience includes internships at Dallaire Consultants and Pratt & Whitney Canada, as well as accolades such as the SURE 2022 McGill award and participation in the Golden Key International Scholar Laureate Program. Joel is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at McGill University, building on a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
