Fionbarr McLoughlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security and business operations, currently serving as Chief of Security and Business Operations at Fexco since July 2020. Previously, Fionbarr held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Fexco Payments and Foreign Exchange from July 2018 to July 2020. Additional experience includes positions such as Head of Group IT at Bon Secours Health System, Head of Solutions Services at AIB, Chief Information Officer at Citco Nederland B.V., Vice President at Lehman Brothers, and Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs. Fionbarr began a career in academia as a Senior Research Associate at the University of Limerick. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Software Engineering and various degrees in Computer Science and Finance from the University of Limerick and Pace University.
