Ana Garcia

Ana lives into FZ’s purpose-driven culture. As Director of People Services, Ana leads her team in providing talent services and support to our rapidly growing employees and leaders. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Ana has worked in both manufacturing and financial sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornerstone University and is a Leading Edge program alumni from the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce. Ana is bilingual, using her Spanish to better support our increasingly diverse employee population. When she's not driving culture at FZ, Ana loves searching for unique and custom treasures at gift shops and traveling to Chicago for long weekends with her family.
