Donald Ha is an experienced professional in the fashion and licensing industry, currently serving as MLB International Business Director at F&F since January 2023. Prior roles include Merchandising Team Manager at Cowell Fashion Co Ltd, where Donald led the launch of globally licensed fashion brands, and Sales Manager at The Walt Disney Company, focusing on business development for major franchises. Donald has also held positions such as Regional Managing Director at K-Swiss Global Brands, Planning & Operations Manager at New Era Cap, and strategic roles at E Land World Limited. Starting the career in product development at Mirae N and serving as a KATUSA Army Sergeant, Donald holds a Bachelor's degree in Earth Science Education with a minor in Business Administration from Seoul National University.
