Victoire Andrier

Victoire Andrier is a highly accomplished ski instructor and elite athlete specializing in speed climbing. Victoire has worked at ESF Courchevel since December 2013, holding positions ranging from Moniteur de ski to Monitrice de ski (stagiaire aspirante) and also completed a communication internship. As a sportive de haut niveau with the Fédération française de la montagne et de l'escalade since May 2013, Victoire achieved notable success in competition, including winning the European Cup overall ranking in 2021 and being crowned Champion of France in 2018, 2014, and 2012. Additional accolades include second place in the 2018 World Cup in Villars and a runner-up finish in the 2019 SpeedStar event. Victoire holds a degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management, completed in June 2022, and previously obtained a degree in commercial techniques from IUT Grenoble between 2014 and 2017, along with a Baccalauréat from Lycée Vaugelas in 2014.
