Ben Knott

Ben joined FGH Security in 2007 after a 6-year career in retail. Starting life at FGH as a frontline employee, Ben has undertaken almost every role in the organization and joined the Senior Management Team in 2014. Following a successful journey through to Head of Operations, Ben was appointed Operations Director in 2020.

Day to day, Ben oversees service delivery – ensuring that the frontline team are supported, and FGH are delivering the very best service for our customers. Ben is an active member of the Security Institute (MSyl) and the Institute of Strategic Risk Management (M.ISRM), Ben also sits on the Security Industry Authority (SIA) National Steering Group for Nighttime Economy.
