Joanna Bennett-Coles

Joanna Bennett-Coles has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joanna is currently serving as the Managing Director at FGI, a global leader in the commercial finance and services industry. In this role, they oversee the company's two business units, FGI Finance and FGI Risk, providing clients with flexible and customized lending and risk mitigation solutions. Joanna joined FGI in 2015 and continues to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Prior to their current position, Joanna held the role of Managing Director at AtlanticRMS from 2007 to 2015. AtlanticRMS is a provider of ABL due diligence and risk management services in the UK and internationally. During their tenure, they established offices in Chicago, Dublin, and Hong Kong, expanding the company's global presence.

Before joining AtlanticRMS, Joanna founded and served as the Director of NB Resources Limited from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they have extensive experience at LCS/Coteville, where they served as Co Secretary and Main Board Director from 1991 to 2003. Their responsibilities included various roles within the company, ranging from the purchasing department, credit control, sales, and board room involvement. With six trading divisions and multiple operating sites, Joanna was instrumental in managing a team of 300 staff.

Joanna's professional journey began as a Trainee and Solicitor at stitt and co, where they gained valuable experience from 1988 to 1990.

Throughout their career, Joanna's expertise and leadership have contributed to the success of the companies they have worked for, and they continue to make significant contributions to the commercial finance and services industry.

Joanna Bennett-Coles attended the University of Essex from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained their LLB (Hons) degree in Law. Prior to their university education, they attended Holy Trinity Convent in Bromley from 1970 to 1981. Joanna then transferred to Westminster School, where they completed their secondary education from 1981 to 1983.
