Monica Gramlich

Monica (Freeman) Gramlich is a seasoned business management professional with extensive experience in category management and merchandise planning. Currently serving as Category Business Manager at FGL Sports Ltd since September 2022, Monica previously held the position of Category Manager for Women's Outerwear & Winter Accessories at the same company from July 2019 to June 2021. Monica's prior role at Canadian Tire Corporation spanned nearly eight years, where Monica ascended to Merchandise Planning Manager, managing substantial yearly sales volumes and forecasts while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. In addition to robust analytical skills, Monica has demonstrated leadership in various capacities, including managing and mentoring teams, facilitating strategic initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiencies. An alumnus of Wilfrid Laurier University, Monica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and has contributed to student governance as Vice President of Academic Affairs and Human Resources Director.
