Weston Rodberry has a diverse work experience that spans over 18 years. Weston started their career as a Soldier in the US Army and worked as a Combat Engineer before being promoted to Operations Sergeant. After leaving the army, they worked as a Salesman in Planet Dodge Chrysler Jeep and as a Warehouse Team Member in DXP Enterprises. Weston then pursued a career in architecture and started as an Architectural Intern in Newberry Architecture before landing a job as a Design Professional in TETER Architects and Engineers, where they were eventually promoted to Job Captain and Architect. Weston then worked as a Project Architect in Northfield Design Associates and Mark Hart Architecture before joining Pfluger Architects as a Project Architect. Their current employment is with FGM Architects as a Project Architect. However, they had a brief period of unemployment in 2023 between their previous and current job.

Weston Rodberry has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Houston, which they obtained from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their high school diploma in general studies from Reedley High School from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they have obtained various certifications such as a Remote Pilot (Drone) License from the Federal Aviation Administration in April 2022, an Architect certification from the California Architects Board in July 2019 and the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners in April 2020, LEED AP Building Design & Construction (BD+C) from the United States Green Building Council in March 2019, and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certification (NCARB) from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) in March 2020.
