Vicki Peek began their work experience in 1991 as a Professor in the School of Business at Bob Jones University. In 1992, they joined Find Great People as the Manager of HR & Operations. After working in this role for over 16 years, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer in August 2008. Vicki then became the Executive Vice President of Find Great People in 2018.
Vicki Peek completed their education at two well-known institutions. Vicki attended Clemson University from 1997 to 2000, earning a Master of Human Resources Development (MHRD) degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
