Carole Anne Hawkins

Carole Anne Hawkins is a Vice President at Finsbury Glover Hering on the firm’s Finance team. Carole Anne manages monthly and year-end close processes as well as intercompany and financial statement reporting for Finsbury Glover Hering’s D.C. office. She also coordinates internal and ICFR audits as required by the parent company for the D.C. office and oversees its local tax reporting and banking relationships.

She has over twenty years of public and private accounting experience. While working in public accounting, she provided tax and advisory services to a variety of professional service and entrepreneurial clients in the Atlanta area. After relocating to Washington, D.C. in 2005, she worked with Powell Tate, a strategic communications division of Weber Shandwick and was a consultant for Cordia Partners, formerly Beers & Cutler Outsourcing.

She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. She is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She lives with her family in D.C.
