Chris Norci

Chris Norci, PMP, has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Starting in 1995, Norci worked for the 315th Training Squadron, where they held various roles such as Imagery Intelligence Analyst, Imagery Mission Supervisor, NCOIC of Geospatial-Intelligence Operations, Technical Training Instructor, and Instructional Systems Designer.

In 2010, Norci joined the 480th ISR Wing as a First Sergeant, later transitioning to the role of Operations Superintendent, and eventually becoming the Wing Operations Superintendent.

From 2018 to 2019, Norci served as a Senior Enlisted Leader for the Special United States Liaison Advisor Korea.

In 2019, Norci joined the United States Air Force as the Chief Enlisted Manager, and later went on to become the Squadron Superintendent.

Most recently, in 2021, Norci joined FGS, LLC as the Data Analyst for Strategic Agreements & Workflow Manager.

Chris Norci, PMP has a diverse education background. Chris completed their Master of Security Studies (M.S.S.) in Intelligence, Security Studies, and Analysis from Angelo State University between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Human Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force in 2011. In 2009, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management from Park University. Before their bachelor's degree, Chris earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Instructor of Technology & Military Science from the Community College of the Air Force in 2006 and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Communications Applications Technology in 2006 as well.

In addition to their degrees, Chris Norci also holds several certifications. In 2022, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Chris also has certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt from the Aveta Business Institute (obtained in May 2012), Professional Manager from the Community College of the Air Force (obtained in January 2011), Instructional Systems Designer from the Community College of the Air Force (obtained in December 2009), and Occupational Instructor from the Community College of the Air Force (obtained in April 2008).
