Rashdan Yaacob

Rashdan Yaacob has extensive experience in human resources and employee engagement, currently serving as the Head of Employee Engagement & Facilities Management and Head of Group Rewards at FGV Holdings Berhad since September 2016. Previously, Rashdan held roles such as Senior Manager of Human Resources at AMEC Foster Wheeler E&C Sdn Bhd and Vice President of Human Capital and Administration at Quantum Medical Solutions. Rashdan's career also includes positions as HR Manager at Ranhill Worley Parsons and KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd, and Assistant Manager of HR at Northern Waste Industries. Rashdan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Windsor, where studies spanned from 1988 to 1992.
