Alexander Ambrose

Alexander Ambrose is a seasoned Senior Web Application Developer with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex digital solutions. Currently employed at fh group since March 2014, Alexander has focused on developing a new asset pipeline utilizing RabbitMQ backed by Golang on Docker, and implementing a hydraulic pump selector in Ember. Previous roles include programmer at Widget Financial, where Alexander improved UX in a banking back-office suite, and web/application developer at FH Group, where several API wrappers, a Rails application, and a tradeshow microsite were developed, alongside promoting an agile work environment through the implementation of a gitolite server and Jenkins. Earlier experience includes technical support at Alfred State Technology Services and IT consulting for First Presbyterian Church of Jamestown. Alexander holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Information Security and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Alfred State College and Jamestown Community College, respectively.
