Elle Collins, CSM, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Pollin and as Vice President of Operations & Client Services at FH Health, both roles held since March 2022 and December 2020, respectively. Previously, Elle co-founded her-people, an initiative aimed at connecting women through creative workshops from January 2019 to August 2022, and held various leadership positions at Havas and Plastic Havas, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations. Elle began a career in banking as a Personal Banking Officer at Scotiabank. With academic credentials that include a Project Management Certificate and a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University, Elle possesses a strong background in operations and client services.
