Hally Mahler

Hally Mahler possesses extensive experience in public health, particularly in the field of HIV programs. Currently serving as the HIV Department Director at FHI 360 since June 2016, Hally also holds the role of Project Director for the EpiC Project and Director of the LINKAGES Project. Previously, Hally was the Director of HIV Programs and Chief of Party for the Sauti Program at Jhpiego since September 2008. Prior experience includes positions at FHI 360 from 1993 to 2006 as Associate Director for Behavior Change Communication (BCC) in the YouthNet program and as Country Representative in Tanzania for the Academy for Educational Development from 1996 to 1998. Hally Mahler holds a Master of Health Science in International Public Health/International Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from The George Washington University.
