Robert Lindsley

Robert Lindsley has extensive leadership experience in human resources and organizational strategy, currently serving as Vice President of People Strategy, Talent, & Partnership at FHI 360 from November 2024 to September 2025. Previously, Robert held senior positions at the International Rescue Committee, including Senior Director of Employee Experience and Duty of Care, from February 2018 to November 2024. Robert also served as Managing Director at the International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) and Director of Employee Engagement at the University of Washington - Human Resources. Early career roles include various leadership positions at World Education, focusing on the Asia region. Robert earned a Doctor of Education in Human Development and Education and a Master of Education in Mind, Brain, and Education from Harvard University.
