Shawna Richardson is an experienced program officer currently at FHI 360 since July 2024, previously serving as program manager at One To World, where responsibilities included managing the Global Classroom program for NYC K-12 students and overseeing curriculum development. Prior roles encompass program coordinator at Generation Human Rights, Inc., where Shawna managed human rights education projects, and graduate research assistant at Teachers College, Columbia University. Additionally, as a curriculum developer for Friends Peace Teams, efforts focused on promoting English literacy and peacebuilding in various countries. Shawna has also contributed to BRAC USA as an education team intern and has international teaching experience from a Fulbright program in Taiwan. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International and Comparative Education from Teachers College and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Santa Clara University.
