Sherry Youssef Younes

Sherry Youssef Younes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economic participation, workforce development, and women's empowerment. Currently serving as the Director of Economic Participation and Environment at FHI 360 since April 2018, Sherry has held significant roles including Technical Director for the DFID-Funded Arab Women's Enterprise Fund at DAI London from 2011 to 2017, and Program Manager for USAID's Global Broadband Initiative IYCE at NetHope. A long-standing advocate for youth and workforce development, Sherry has contributed to various initiatives across the Middle East and North Africa. With a Master's degree in Arab Studies and International Business Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, Sherry combines robust academic credentials with a diverse professional background across several leading organizations.
