Felicia Ricks, CCRP, RQAP-GCP, is a seasoned professional in quality management and compliance within the clinical research field, currently serving as the Global Head of Quality and Compliance at FHI Clinical Inc. since September 2020. Felicia's extensive experience includes roles such as Director and Associate Director of Quality Management Systems and Standards, where responsibility encompassed the management of quality assurance functions and the development of quality systems. Prior experience at DaVita Clinical Research involved managerial responsibilities focusing on Quality Management Systems for research activities, as well as roles in clinical research site management and coordination. Earlier positions include coordination of dialysis access services and administrative roles in renal care, with a foundational education in Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
