Sapan Sadik

Sapan Sadik has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Starting in 2008, Sapan worked as a Business Owner at Hardy's until 2010. Sapan then transitioned to the telecommunications industry, holding roles as a Retail Sales Consultant at The Phone House Telecom GmbH from January to December 2010, and as a Retail Store Manager at Telia Sverige from July 2011 to July 2012. In 2012, Sapan became a Sales Team Manager at Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG until November 2013.

From November 2013 to May 2015, Sapan worked as a Teamleader at Teleperformance Nordic, where they managed a team, analyzed results, and trained agents/supervisors in sales skills. Sapan then became a Sales Manager at Teleperformance Nordic from May 2015 to September 2017. During this time, they were responsible for identifying top performers, driving the operation towards sales targets, and negotiating the monthly budget concerning sales.

In 2016, Sapan founded SPS Botryggt AB, a company focused on providing safe and stable accommodation for children and youths in cooperation with social services and municipalities. They also conducted integration projects and offered private tuition in various subjects. Sapan's role as Founder lasted from June 2016 to February 2018.

Most recently, Sapan has been involved with FHR Parts AB, starting as a Sales Manager from May 2018 to December 2021. They were then promoted to Head of Sales in December 2021, a position in which they continue to oversee sales activities.

Sapan Sadik attended Uppsala kommun from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Behandlingspedagog with a specialization in Ungdomsvård.
